So do you want to know what you get as a member of the Inner Circle? Here′s what′s included in this exciting program. Take a look — (3-month minimum participation required)
#1: Live and In-Person, Monthly Group Meetings
Monthly, you’ll join me and other participating actors, on the 4th Saturday morning of the month from 10:30am to 12:30pm for structured coaching in goal-setting, planning, strategy and step by step instruction on EXACTLY what there is to do during the month in between to advance your career to the next level.
At the beginning of each session I’ll go over a specific topic that will come as a result of what YOU have said would make the most difference to you, determined by the time of year, or trends/changes in the marketplace. We’ll cover such topics as taxes and deductions for your business, what to say in your correspondence and cover notes that will excite the person you’re submitting to, scheduling your career and life goals so there’s balance, marketing plans, and more. During the remainder of the session, all actors will get my complete time and attention answering any and all questions, specific and in general. We′ll talk about your challenges and obstacles (yes, you’ll have them!), review goals and then create a plan for execution so that by the end of each session you′ll leave with the clarity you′re looking for and the action steps you′ll need to move forward. Plus, you also receive the benefit of learning by listening to, and also supporting your fellow actors. Small master-mind groups and “accountabilibuddies” will be teamed together for support throughout the program and in between the Saturday sessions.
Some of the other things you might want to discuss during our coaching time together may include:
Creating a marketing strategy for gaining representation with agents and managers
Getting more detailed in what you’re offering the marketplace besides your talent
Preparing for an upcoming meeting or audition
Choosing a new headshot photographer or photo from a recent session
Fine-tuning your resume with adjustments that attract industry and position you better
Working on what you say when asked “tell me a little bit about yourself”
And much, much more

Please note that with the occasional exception, due to my travel and seminar schedule or holidays, in-person group sessions will take place on the 4th Saturday of every month.
#2: Monthly “Mental Mindset ” Community Calls
Once a month (schedule will vary) I′ll hold a community conference call open to you, as well as any friends you choose to invite, where I′ll address one aspect of keeping your head on straight, and the mental mindset that′s needed in pursuing a successful career. You′ve heard me say it many times that “this is a 6 inch career – the 6 inches located directly between your ears!” We′ll cover topics such as keeping the right attitude in play; distinguishing YOU from your product (it′s not personal!); juggling your career pursuits with the tasks of daily life and support jobs; time management, etc. Keeping positive and reinforcing that positivity with your community is VASTLY important.
#3: 90 Kick Butt Kick Start Program
For three months, on a daily basis, you′ll complete a page in my personally written handbook that keeps you accountable to what you said you would accomplish, what you actually accomplished and you′ll also answer other questions designed to keep you on-track, focused, and achieving results. You′ll begin to celebrate every single success, big and small!
It will be up to you to complete the pages daily. At the end of each week you can look back to measure and monitor your progress in several areas. The program includes journal writing, affirmations, selecting and dissecting goals, big and small and you’ll have an “existence system” for the pursuit of your plan. You can choose to keep this private or share it with me and/or others in the program. At the end of 90 days of focus on your career and keeping track of your actions, you will have RESULTS – guaranteed!!!
#4: Entrance and Exit Private Telephone Coaching Sessions
At the beginning of your program, we’ll schedule a 30 minute “orientation” call to address your most major and personal concerns as and actor, what you want to accomplish and how best to use your membership in the Inner Circle program. You’ll have the opportunity to work with me directly and personally and ask me the questions that are of most concern to YOU. We’ll lay out the structure and create a major goal and minor supporting goals and actions to work on during your program.
At the end of your Inner Circle participation you’ll have the opportunity for an “exit’ and completion call. We’ll review what you’ve accomplished, what still needs to be worked on, and where you’re headed next.

#6: Actors in Action Teleseminar Series
To give you a head start, I’ve created audios of 4 of my most popular and sought after seminars. Because of the growing demand of my schedule, these seminars are done live and in person very infrequently, so I’ve put together an easy to use, convenient format where you can download the PDF handout exercises and listen and participate in the courses at your convenience. Networking Know How, Money, Marketing and Mailings, Research, Resources and Relationships and Mind Your Business are part of my Actor in Action Teleseminar series, and as a member, this is included in your program.
